Chair’s Perspective: What I Bring to the Table

• Everybody’s trying to find their own place in the sun. Everyone wants to shine. We are all unique, and each of us deserves to know that.

• As a chair, I recognize that I can only serve others well when I am whole myself. My goal is to create a space where no one leaves feeling more broken than when they arrived. What I share is offered in hope it helps someone grow, but I understand I can’t help everyone. Ultimately, I am here for my own journey — to be true to myself and to shine my light so others can find their own.

• I believe that every person’s story is their own to tell. I won’t speak over anyone or try to make their experience my own. Instead, I hold space for everyone to feel enough, to be encouraged, and to expand their experience at their own pace — whether they realize it or not.

• This is what I bring to the table: honesty, respect, and the light to help illuminate the way for those ready and willing to grow.
