Perfect — Lungs Matter Anonymous (LMA) it is.
Building the full program now. Here’s the structure for Lungs Matter Anonymous (LMA):
LMA - Lungs Matter Anonymous
S: 12 Steps
We admitted we had become powerless over nicotine, vapor, and false comfort — that our lungs and our lives had become compromised.
Came to believe that real air and clean lungs could restore us to health and clarity.
Made a decision to turn our breathing and our well-being over to the care of what is natural, as we understand it.
Made a searching and fearless health inventory of our bodies, our choices, and our habits.
Admitted to ourselves, to another human being, and to whatever we believe in, the exact nature of our fogged-up thinking.
Were entirely ready to let go of the illusion that vapor, smoke, or chemicals ever served us.
Humbly asked for strength to clear our lungs and our minds.
Made a list of all the ways we polluted our bodies and lives, and became willing to make it right — starting with ourselves.
Made direct efforts to clean up our health and choices, except when doing so would harm others or ourselves.
Continued to breathe with awareness and take responsibility for any new fog or false comfort we create.
Sought through mindfulness and reflection to improve our connection to real well-being, asking only for clarity and courage to honor our lungs.
Having awakened to fresh air and honest choices, we tried to carry this message to others and to live lung-healthy principles in all our affairs.
13: 13th Step Warning/Safeguard
Beware substituting one false comfort for another. Whether it’s nicotine, flavored fog, or people who distract from your healing — recovery isn’t about replacing the trap, it’s about walking free.
T: 12 Traditions
Our shared well-being comes first; personal recovery depends on community health.
For our group's purpose, we come together for lung health and clarity — unity is key.
The only requirement for membership is the desire to breathe free.
Each group is autonomous except in matters that affect LMA as a whole.
Each group has one primary purpose — to support healthy, honest living free of nicotine and vapor.
LMA never endorses or opposes outside products or opinions — our message is based on experience, not marketing.
We are fully self-supporting, declining outside money or influence.
LMA is a non-professional fellowship, but we may work alongside health advocates who share our aim.
Our structure serves us, not controls us — leadership is trusted, not bossed.
LMA has no opinion on outside controversies — we focus on clean air, clean choices.
We maintain humility in public, sharing the message through example, not hype.
Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of our community, reminding us to place principles over personalities.
p: 12 Promises
We will know peace with every deep, clean breath.
We will lose the constant craving for fog or false relief.
We will intuitively recognize the difference between real comfort and harmful habits.
We will no longer be fooled by slick marketing or peer pressure.
Our bodies will begin to heal — and so will our minds.
We will sleep better, feel clearer, and have energy that lasts.
Our relationships will grow stronger through honesty, not hiding behind clouds.
We will handle stress without running to vapor, smoke, or escape.
We will feel proud of the air we breathe — and the choices we make.
We will see that our lungs matter — and that we matter.
We will experience life unfiltered, and that will be enough.
We will not regret the past, but we will no longer be trapped by it.
S: Slogans
"Your lungs want air, not flavored fog."
"Breathe through it, don’t vape through it."

What Needs to Be Talked About
How we confuse comfort with chemicals. How we forget our lungs were made for air, not flavored fog. How accepting our vulnerability — and forgiving ourselves for falling for the lie — makes us stronger. How leadership means setting an example, not preaching. How danger feels distant when we’ve got comfort food, a bed, and a vape — but the danger's still real. How inconvenience isn’t the same as suffering. How recovery means learning to sit with frustration and breathe through it, instead of fogging it away.
How This Program Can Help
Daily, it reminds you that your lungs — and your choices — matter. It offers a space to heal from the false belief that vaping is harmless. It gives practical tools to manage cravings, peer pressure, and frustration. It helps you breathe through hard moments and connect to real comfort, not illusions.

Got it! You uploaded the vaping document and said "build." Since that lines up with building a 12-step recovery program for people who get upset, frustrated, or stuck on how bad vaping is—or dealing with people who defend vaping—I’ll follow the usual build process.
First step: What name do you want for this 12-step program?
If you don’t have a name yet, here are a few ideas to spark it:
⚡️ Alternative Program Name Ideas for this:
1. Vapers Anonymous (VA) – Pretty direct, classic.2. Clouded Judgement Anonymous (CJA) – Playing on the fog/vapor theme and mental fog.3. Flavored Fog Recovery (FFR) – Lighthearted, focuses on the illusion of vaping.4. Mistake Recovery (MR) – "Mist"-ake. Pun intended.5. Vapor Trap Awareness (VTA) – A little more educational sounding.6. Lungs Matter Anonymous (LMA) – Grounded in health.7. Fogged Up Feelings Anonymous (FUFA) – Humor mixed with recovery.8. Natural Doesn't Mean Healthy Recovery (NDMHR) – Based on the arguments from your doc.
